About this hunt

Classic west-river fair chase near Timberlake in Dewey County, in Missouri River breaks country about 1.5 hours west of Aberdeen. 3,834 acres: 1,450 acres of CRP plus large wheat fields, native grassland and 100 acres of food plots each season. Pheasant and sharp-tailed grouse abound, with occasional Hungarian partridge — and prairie dog and predator hunting are included at no extra charge. Two lodges (one sleeps 5, one sleeps 12, 4 bathrooms total). One group per week; wild birds only. Run by a Pheasants Forever life member. Classic package: 4 nights lodging + 3 full hunting days, per-person by week ($999–$1,749). Extended option and extra nights available. Minimum 11 hunters most weeks (6 in weeks 7 & 9); capacity 17. A deposit holds your camp and dates.
