My land: parcel details, maps, and records

My land lists every parcel you've claimed, with its acreage, primary land cover, and location. Tap a parcel to open its detail page: a full-screen boundary map with two floating panels — Potential and Parcel details.

The land list page

1. 1Sign in to teddy.birddogit.com and open /land — the My land page. Each claimed parcel appears as a card with its label, acreage, primary land cover, and county/state.
2. 2If you haven't claimed any parcels yet, the page shows an empty state prompting you to claim land first.
3. 3Tap any parcel card to open its detail page.

The parcel detail page

1. 1On the parcel detail page, a full-screen boundary map fills the viewport with the parcel's outline highlighted.
2. 2The parcel header overlays at the top — label, acreage, and county/state.
3. 3Two pill buttons float over the map: Potential and Parcel details. Tap either to open its panel.

Parcel details

The Parcel details panel groups everything we know about the land. Pick a group to see its full record:

1. •Parcel identity — APN and alternate APNs, county, census tract, school district, deeded acres, and opportunity zone status.
2. •Valuation & tax — assessed, land, improvement, and ag-use values, exemptions, the latest tax amount, and the last sale.
3. •Land & terrain — cover classes, zoning, PLSS, elevation, slope, FEMA risk rating, and buildings.
4. •Flood — FEMA zone and components, with the date of the flood data.
5. •Soil — a card per soil map unit: type, slope, drainage, fertility class, pH, N-P-K, and more.
6. •Climate — precipitation, growing degree days, temperatures, and the nearest weather station.
7. •Land use & legal — use code, subdivision, plat, and the legal description.
8. •Structures — year built, style, bed/bath, and finished area for any buildings.
9. •Ownership — current and prior owners from county records.

The Potential panel

Potential is the money side of the parcel — three rows, each opening an explainer with a way in:

1. •List your land — per-use earning estimates for crop, grazing, and hunting leases, with a Start a listing button for each.
2. •Grants — how many programs this parcel matches, and a shortcut into a grant search.
3. •Tax deductions — a Section 180 soil-fertility deduction check that runs automatically from the parcel's soil data, no questions asked.
