Report a problem with a listing

Flag inaccurate or broken listings from the listing page — or flag a problem from a booking you've already made.

If a listing is inaccurate, broken, or misleading — wrong acreage, fabricated amenities, photos that don't match the property — let us know so we can review it. You can report from the listing itself, or from a booking if you've already booked.

From the listing page

  1. Open the listing on birddogit.com/marketplace and tap Report this listing.
  2. Pick a category — Inaccurate, Broken, or Other — and describe what's wrong (at least 10 characters; the box prompts "Tell us what's wrong…").
  3. Tap Send report. You'll get a Thanks for the report confirmation — we review every report and take action when something's off.

Signed in on the BirdDog app but not on birddogit.com? Sending your report hands you over to the app's feedback page with your draft prefilled — review it and send from there. Fully signed out? The dialog will ask you to sign in first.

From a booking

  1. Open My bookings and select the booking.
  2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Share your feedback.
  3. Describe what's wrong and include the booking reference shown on the page; attach photos if they help show the problem.

For an active safety emergency on a property, call local emergency services first, then contact us. The report flow is not an emergency channel.
