Edit an existing listing
The listing edit page — a section rail down the left, a Live/Hidden switch up top, and a fixed bottom bar with Delete listing and Save changes.
Open any listing from the Listings page and you land on its edit page. It's a single scrollable page, not a wizard: a sticky section rail on the left (desktop) jumps you to each section, and nothing saves until you click Save changes in the fixed bottom bar.
Sections
- Photos — up to 10 photos; first is your cover.
- Listing details — title, description, species, what's included, and season.
- Trip format — session, capacity, and template options (only on listings created from a template).
- Pricing — base price, packages, and add-on fees.
- Lodging — a three-way choice per package: No lodging, Included in the price, or Optional add-on (guests pick one of the stays you offer at booking, paid separately). A Manage options shortcut opens your land's lodging list.
- Availability — cancellation policy, plus a pointer for blocked dates: "Manage from your calendar." Blocking happens on the Calendar page, not here.
- Location — which parcel this listing lives on, with an add-land option.
Live and Hidden
- Flip the switch at the top right (labeled "Live in the marketplace") — the pill beside it reads Live or Hidden.
- Confirm in the dialog: Hide this listing? ("It disappears from search and can't be requested. Existing bookings are unaffected.") → Hide listing, or List this experience? → Make it live.
- Click Save changes — the flip only persists when you save.
Delete a listing
- Click Delete listing in the fixed bottom bar (it's always visible — no scrolling).
- Confirm in the Delete this listing? dialog with Yes, delete it — or Keep it to back out. Existing bookings are unaffected.
Deleting a listing doesn't cancel its existing bookings — cancel upcoming trips from each booking's detail page first.
