Guest signup during land claim

Search and select your parcels first, then create an account at the moment you claim — no upfront signup.

The claim tool lets you search and select your parcels. You only create an account at the moment you finalize the claim, and that account is what holds the claim to your parcels.

The flow

  1. Search the map by owner, county, place, or address (or use the owner-name form) and select your parcel or parcels — you can batch several in one claim.
  2. Click Claim your land — the Let's claim it step appears, with your selection held behind it.
  3. Create the free account that will hold the claim: choose Continue with Google, or enter your first name, last name, email, and a password and click Create account & claim N parcels — the claim records immediately.
  4. Answer the two land-score question screens, or click Skip to my land to go straight to My land.

Using Continue with Google with an email that already has a BirdDog account signs you into that account instead of creating a duplicate — the claim attaches to it.
