The marketplace isn't loading
Hard refresh, clear cache, disable ad blockers, or try incognito — and what to do if the map won't load.
If birddogit.com/marketplace comes up blank, hangs on a spinner, or throws an error, work through these in order. Most cases are solved by the first two.
Fixes to try
- Hard-refresh the page (Cmd+Shift+R on Mac, Ctrl+Shift+R on Windows).
- Clear your browser cache for birddogit.com and reload.
- Disable ad blockers and privacy extensions for birddogit.com — these commonly break the map and the search results.
- Try a private/incognito window to rule out a bad cache or extension entirely.
If the map isn't loading
The map loads tiles from a third-party map provider. If everything on the marketplace works except the map, the usual culprits are an ad blocker blocking the map domain, a network firewall, or a spotty connection. Disable your ad blocker for birddogit.com first; if that doesn't help, check your connection or try a different network.
If only the map is broken but the rest of the marketplace loads, your filters and search still work — you just won't see pins. You can browse listings in list view while you troubleshoot.
