Can't sign in to your account

Troubleshoot expired sign-in links, wrong-email typos, wrong passwords, replaced passwords, and Google vs email mix-ups.

Common causes

  1. Wrong password — the password form tells you plainly: "Incorrect email or password." Double-check the address, then retry; if it keeps failing, use Continue with email instead — the link signs you in without a password.
  2. Expired or used sign-in link — links are single-use and expire after 30 minutes. On the error page, tap Email me a new link and use the fresh one.
  3. Typo or wrong email — on the login page's "Check your email" screen, tap Use a different email and resend to the right address.
  4. Password stopped working — if you recently signed in with an email link, that link replaced your password. Use Continue with email instead of the password form.
  5. Signed up with Google — if the account was created with Continue with Google, tap that button again, or use Continue with email with the same address.

Sign-in emails can land in spam or promotions folders. If nothing arrives after a few minutes, resend from the login page and check there.

BirdDog support will never ask for your password. If someone does, don't share it and contact us right away.
