Link your land and connect payouts

Link claimed parcels to your business and connect Stripe for payouts — both skippable, and only in the signed-in onboarding flow.

Two steps handle the operational side of hosting. Both offer Skip. Note: these steps only appear when you're already signed in — anonymous users go from the policy step to the account wall to done, and link land and payouts later from the Today page checklist.

  1. Review the parcel cards on the "Which land does your business operate on?" step — your claimed parcels show up here ("Link the parcels you hunt. They show on your listings, the map, and search.").
  2. Click each parcel where your hunts happen — it gets a green border and a checked box to show it's linked.
  3. Click Claim more land if a parcel is missing — it saves your progress and takes you to the claim flow (same tab), and claimed parcels appear back here.
  4. Click Next to save the links, or Skip to add land later — skipping means your listings use your business address on the map and in search until you link parcels.

No claimed land at all? The step shows a Claim your land card ("Search by owner name and link your parcels — they'll show up here.") so you can claim without leaving onboarding — or just Skip and link later from the Today page checklist.

Connect payouts

  1. Read the "Getting paid" step — bookings are request-based, and funds deposit to your bank when you approve a trip.
  2. Click Set up with Stripe ("Opening Stripe…" while it connects) — you land on Stripe's secure page to enter your bank account and tax info, about 5 minutes, and we never see your bank details.
  3. Return from Stripe to see the Payouts connected card — "Your bank is linked" — with a Manage in Stripe link for your Stripe dashboard.

You won't receive payouts until Stripe setup is complete — and you can't approve booking requests until then either (the approve button is replaced by Connect payouts to approve).
