Set up hosting and post your first experience

Hosting is where outfitters list hunts and experiences on the marketplace. The Today page walks you through a setup checklist called Let's get you set up: Set up your outfitter profile, Link your land, Publish your first listing, and Connect payouts.

Set up your outfitter profile

1. 1Open Hosting and, on the checklist, tap Set up profile.
2. 2Enter your business basics — name, contact email, phone, logo, and website. You'll see the public URL your outfitter page will live at.
3. 3Add your addresses. Only city and state are shown publicly; the meeting location is shared with guests in booking confirmations.
4. 4Tell your story and add photos — both are skippable and editable later.
5. 5Choose a cancellation policy. It pre-fills every new listing, and you can change it per listing.
6. 6Link the land your hunts happen on. Your claimed parcels show up as checkboxes — or claim a parcel right from the flow.

Each step saves as you go, so you can leave and pick up where you left off.

Connect payouts

Tap Connect payouts on the checklist. Payouts run through Stripe — the setup takes about five minutes, and your bank account and tax info are entered on Stripe's secure page, so we never see your bank details. Once connected, your Earnings page can open your Stripe payout dashboard.

Post an experience

Tap Post an experience to open the posting wizard. First you pick the option that matches your hunt — A single day, One animal, several trip lengths, A multi-species package, Build Your Own Hunt (priced per animal), A hunt with stay options, or The whole place — then the wizard asks one question per step, starting with species, and only what the option you picked can't assume. The last step is a review before you publish.

1. •Your answers autosave as you go. Leave any time — the draft waits on the Drafts tab of your Listings page, at the exact step you left.
2. •Photos are the one thing drafts don't keep, so a resumed draft will ask for them again. Add at least one to publish; the first photo is the cover.
3. •If you post a land lease or custom listing instead of a template flow, the wizard asks which land it's on — and the Add land button there searches county records without leaving the wizard. (Template flows resolve your linked land silently and confirm it at the review step.)
4. •Packages fix the trip length and per-guest or flat price; your listing price is the "From" price guests see.
