Manage hosting requests, listings, and payouts

Approve or decline booking requests, edit or hide listings, and keep your business profile and payouts current.

Booking requests

When a hunter requests one of your listings, it lands on your Bookings page under Upcoming with a gold Pending badge — and the newest few appear on Today under Waiting on you, with inline Approve and Decline buttons. Open one for the full roster and money breakdown. Requests wait until you act, and the guest is emailed either way.

Approving charges the guest's saved card — a deposit or the full amount, depending on your listing's deposit setting and how far out the trip is. For the full step-by-step (including card-declined handling), see The host booking flow.

Your listings

The Listings page has three tabs: Active, Hidden, and Drafts. Open any listing to edit its details, pricing, lodging, or photos — or flip the top switch between Live and Hidden (each flip asks you to confirm first). Hiding removes the listing from search; existing bookings are unaffected.

  1. Block dates you can't host from the Calendar page — the listing edit page's Availability section points there ("Manage from your calendar"). Blocked dates appear struck through to guests.
  2. Delete is permanent: Delete listing on the edit page, then Yes, delete it in the dialog.
  3. Resume an unfinished wizard from the Drafts tab — click the draft card; discard it from its trash icon (Discard draft).

Business profile and land

The Business page is your outfitter profile — the brand guests book with. Edit profile opens a sectioned dialog (Business, Contact, Addresses, Policies, Visibility) covering your name, logo, about, contact info, all three addresses, cancellation policy, and the Show on birddogit.com switch (off = "Hidden — listings stay out of search"). Link land opens a checkbox dialog of your claimed parcels so guests can see where hunts happen. See Manage your outfitter business profile.

Payouts

Payouts run through Stripe Connect. If you haven't connected yet, the Today checklist's Connect payouts item opens the Set up payouts dialog — about five minutes on Stripe's secure page (the full walkthrough: Set up payouts with Stripe). Once connected, the Your payout account link on your Earnings page opens your Stripe dashboard for bank details, tax forms, and payout history.
