BirdDog's legal documents live in the footer of every page on birddogit.com — scroll to the bottom and you'll find links to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, plus other legal pages. They're also linked during account creation, so you can read them before you sign up.
Terms of Service
The Terms of Service govern your use of BirdDog — the marketplace, hosting, and land tools. They cover acceptable use, booking and payment terms, the host guarantee, cancellation and refund rules, and the responsibilities of hunters, hosts, and landowners on the platform.
Privacy Policy
The Privacy Policy explains what information we collect (account details, booking history, device and usage data), why we collect it, how we use it, who we share it with (payment processors like Stripe, land data providers, and authorities where required by law), and your rights to access and control your data.
Material changes to either document are announced in-app and by email before they take effect. The last-updated date at the top of each document tells you which version is in force.
