Get back into your account

There's no password-reset form — request a sign-in link from the login page and you're back in.

BirdDog sign-in is passwordless by default, so there's no "forgot password" form. Recovery is the same as signing in: get a fresh sign-in link emailed to you.

  1. Open the login page and enter the email on your account.
  2. Tap Continue with email — the page switches to "Check your email".
  3. Tap the link in the email within 30 minutes (it's single-use) to sign in.

Heads up if you'd set a password: signing in by email link replaces it, so password sign-in won't work with the old one. You can keep using email links, or use Sign in with a password instead on future visits only if you have a current password.

If the link says it's expired or already used, tap Email me a new link on the error page and use the fresh one. Check your spam folder if nothing arrives.
