Select and claim your parcels
From the claim results, pick one or more parcels and claim them in a batch — sign in or create an account at the moment you claim.
After a claim search, the Select your parcels screen lists every parcel that matched the owner name in that county. Each card shows the site address (or owner name), city, county, state, and acreage so you can tell them apart.
Step 1 — Select your parcels
- Read the address and acreage on each result card to identify which parcels are yours.
- Click each card you own — the checkbox on the left fills in and the card gets a highlighted border.
- Watch the button at the bottom update as you select: Claim 1 parcel, Claim 2 parcels, and so on. It stays disabled until you select at least one.
Step 2 — Claim and create your account
- Click Claim N parcels — if you're already signed in, the claim is recorded and the land score questions begin.
- If you're not signed in, the Let's claim it step appears — your selected parcels are held through it, so you won't re-pick them.
- Choose Continue with Google, or enter your first name, last name, email, and a password, then click Create account & claim N parcels — the claim completes and your parcels are saved to My land.
No deeds, IDs, or ownership documents are required. The match is made by owner name and county tax records — that's what makes the claim valid.
Batch claiming and already-claimed parcels
Each parcel in a batch is claimed independently, so one failure doesn't block the rest. If a parcel is already claimed — by you on another account, or by a co-owner — a red message appears: "<address> is already claimed." The other parcels in your batch still claim normally. If you believe the existing claim is yours, contact us with the parcel's APN and the account email you think holds it.
