Your land score and what to do next

Right after you claim, the land score flow runs: two multi-select screens — Tell us about your land, then What are your goals for it? — followed by the score reveal. Answer both for the full score, or click Skip to my land to skip entirely (your land is claimed either way; skipping just means no score is shown).

Step 1 — Tell us about your land

One screen — "Select everything that applies." Pick any of the nine cards: I farm or raise livestock, I have timber or forestry, A tenant farms my land, Managed hunting operation, There's a home on the property, Mostly undeveloped land, LLC, trust, or entity-owned, I inherited this land, Wetlands or water features. Pick at least one and click Continue.

Step 2 — What are your goals for it?

Pick all that apply: Generate income, Reduce my tax bill, Access financing, Protect it long-term, Improve land health, Lease to farmers, Lease to hunters, Understand land value, Passive income. Then click See my land score.

Step 3 — Read your score

The reveal shows your overall score out of 100 (with a "% of total potential") and five category bars: Hunting lease (out of 25), Timber revenue (20), Conservation (20), Agriculture (20), and Recreation (15). The score is built from your answers and your parcel's acreage — nothing else feeds it.

Step 4 — Choose where to start

Beneath the bars, four cards are always shown: Check your Section 180 deduction, Match conservation grants, Finance your land or improvements, and Lease your land for income. Your goals decide which one carries the Top match badge. Tap a card to jump into that flow (you'll pick the parcel inside it), or choose "go to my land" — everything is saved there.
