Create a lease listing
A 3-step wizard: pick a property, pick a use with inline rates, fill in the details, and publish.
Creating a lease listing takes a few minutes at the listing form. It's a three-step wizard: Which property are you listing?, What are you leasing out?, The details.
- Pick a property — select which claimed parcel you want to lease, then click Continue.
- Pick a use — Hunting access, Crop lease, Grazing lease, or Something else. When an estimate exists for the parcel, each option shows its going rate inline ("~$X/yr (~$Y/acre)").
- Fill in the details — Listing title, Annual price (a Suggested price card shows the estimate, with a Use suggested price shortcut), Payment schedule, season dates (or year-round), capacity, species or livestock, optional photos, and a description.
- Click Publish listing — the listing appears on the Listings tab right away, badged Live; if you started from a parcel's Potential panel, that use now reads "Live — this listing is on the marketplace."
Publishing requires only a title and a positive price (plus a label if you picked Something else) — photos are optional. If publishing fails, your answers are saved as a draft so nothing is lost.
