Listing packages: how they work

A package is a bookable version of your trip. Instead of a single price for a single format, a listing can offer several packages — a 2-day guided whitetail hunt, a 3-day semi-guided elk hunt, a 5-day self-guided turkey hunt — each with its own trip length and price.

What each package sets

1. •Trip length — the number of days the package covers. When a hunter picks a package and a start date, the end date is set for them.
2. •Price — per-person or flat. Per-person multiplies by party size at checkout; flat is one price for the whole group.
3. •Lodging — a three-way choice per package: No lodging ("Guests arrange their own stay."), Included in the price ("The stay is bundled — guests don't pick or pay extra."), or Optional add-on ("Guests may add a stay at booking, paid separately."). With the add-on, you pick which of your stays guests can choose between — "staying elsewhere" is always offered.
4. •Guidance — defaults to Trip's guidance (the listing's level); override it per package when one version is guided and another isn't.

Package names

New packages are auto-named from your species and trip length (for example, "3-Day Whitetail Hunt") and the suggestion updates if you change species or duration — rename any package to whatever sells the trip best.

The listing's From price

Your listing's public price is the cheapest package you offer — shown as "From $X" on listing cards and in search results. If you have only one package, the From price is that package's price.
