Manage your outfitter business profile

Edit your outfitter profile, link land, and manage your team from the Business page.

The Business page is your outfitter profile — "The brand guests book with, and the land it operates on." Everything you set during onboarding lives here and is editable after the fact. (No profile yet? The page's Set up your outfitter button starts onboarding.)

Edit profile

  1. Click Edit profile to open the "Edit your outfitter profile" dialog. It's organized into sections — Business, Contact, Addresses, Policies, and Visibility — each a collapsed row showing the current value (or Not set); click a row's pencil to expand and edit it.
  2. BusinessLogo, Business name, and About (aim for at least 50 characters — hunters read this before they book).
  3. ContactContact email, Contact phone, and Website.
  4. AddressesPrimary address ("Used as your outfitter profile location"), Mailing address ("Used on invoices and billing documents"), and Meeting location ("Shown to guests in booking confirmations"). Only city and state are shown publicly; the county drives your hunting-season data.
  5. PoliciesCancellation policy ("Pre-fills every new listing — changeable per listing.").
  6. Visibility — flip Show on birddogit.com off and the state reads "Hidden — listings stay out of search"; a Hidden from search badge appears on your profile while it's off.
  7. Click Save changes to keep your edits.

Linked land

  1. Click Link land (the button or the dashed card) to open a checkbox dialog of your claimed parcels — "The parcels your hunts happen on. Guests see this land on your listings."
  2. Check parcels to link them, or uncheck one and click Save to unlink it. (No parcels yet? The dialog tells you to claim your parcels first — run the claim flow, then come back.)
  3. Click a linked parcel's card to open its edit page — name, nearest town, acreage, photos, and its lodging options ("Cabins, lodges, camps — anything guests can add when they book").

Your land's name stays private — "guests see the nearest town, not the ranch name, until they book."

Team

  1. Scroll to the Team card — "Staff who can manage your outfitter business."
  2. Click Invite (owners only) to open Invite a team member, then enter their Email and pick a RoleManager — manage listings & bookings or Guide — view the calendar.
  3. Click Send invite — they get an email with a link to join, and can sign up or log in to accept.
  4. Change a member's role from the dropdown on their row, or click the trash icon to remove them; pending invitations can be revoked from the × beside them. Non-owners see a read-only list and a Leave team link.
