Manage your loan qualifications

The Land financing page lists your past qualifier runs — reopen results to revisit the numbers, or continue to a full application.

Land financing lists every loan qualifier run you've completed. Qualifiers aren't tied to a claimed property — land buyers are first-class here — so each card shows the run's label, the loan amount, the completion date, and an outcome badge.

Step 1 — Open the loans page

  1. Sign in and open Land financing.
  2. Read the badge on each run: Qualified, Not qualified yet, or In progress.
  3. Click Get pre-qualified (or the "Run a new qualifier" card) to start a fresh qualifier.

Step 2 — Open results and apply

  1. Click View results on a completed run — the results page reopens with the verdict and the numbers (property value, loan amount, equity / down payment, loan-to-value, origination fee).
  2. Click Continue to application if you're qualified and ready — the formal application is prefilled from this qualifier.
  3. Click Talk to a specialist if you'd rather have a BirdDog financing specialist review your options — no hard credit pull, no obligation.

Applying formally involves a credit check and lender underwriting — the qualifier's estimate isn't a guarantee, but it's a strong starting point.
