The Land Savings hub: grants and tax deductions

Your home for finding money for your land — Grants & Cost-Shares and Tax Deductions cards, plus a Land Financing banner.

Land Savings is the starting point for finding financial programs for your land: "Find programs and deductions your land may qualify for — without digging through government websites." Two cards sit at the top, with a financing banner below.

Grants & Cost-Shares

The Grants & Cost-Shares card matches your parcel and goals to federal and state programs. First time? Click Find grants (about 3 minutes). Once you have saved searches, the card shows an "N saved searches" badge with View saved results (your search list) and Start a new search.

Tax Deductions

The Tax Deductions card runs the Section 180 soil-fertility deduction check — five steps, ending in eligibility and an estimated deduction. Click Check eligibility to start; returning users get View saved results and Start a new search.

Land Financing

Below the cards, the Land Financing banner links out to the loan qualifier — click Explore land financing. It's a two-minute qualifier with self-reported numbers and no hard credit pull, and unlike the savings tools it needs no land claim.

  1. Start a grant search — pick a property, answer the questions, see ranked matches.
  2. Run a Section 180 check — five steps, eligibility and an estimated deduction.
  3. Reopen any saved search from View saved results on either card.

Grant searches and tax checks are tied to your claimed parcels — claim your land first if you don't see the property you want. The loan qualifier works without a claim.
