Switch between guest and host views
One BirdDog account covers booking hunts and hosting them — here's how to move between the two sides.
One BirdDog account works for both sides of the platform — booking hunts as a guest and listing land or hosting experiences as a host. You don't switch modes or flip a toggle; each side is its own section you navigate to directly.
The hunter (guest) side
- Marketplace on birddogit.com — browse and search hunts, guided trips, and day access.
- My Bookings — track your requests, upcoming trips, and past hunts.
- Saved — listings you've hearted for later.
The host side
- Hosting — your Today page, bookings, listings, calendar, messages, and business profile.
- Earn — lease income estimates, your lease listings, inquiries, and payouts.
- My Land and the claim flow — claim parcels and view their records, maps, and potential.
Finding your way
The app header keeps the logo (which links out to birddogit.com), Help, the notification bell, and your account menu — the menu holds Dashboard, My Land, Documents, Settings, and Logout. The home page lays out eight action cards — My Land, Protect My Land, Find Land Savings, Financing, Earn From My Land, Explore (out to the marketplace), My Bookings, and Hosting — tap one to jump into that side.
Inside Hosting, the nav swaps to Today, Calendar, Listings, and Messages, plus a Menu with Earnings, Bookings, Create a new listing, Your business, Browse the marketplace, and Back to my account.
If you've never claimed land or set up hosting, the host-side links still work — they'll walk you through claiming and setup when you arrive.
