The hunter side

The landowner side

1. •Claim your land — search county records by owner name, state, and county, then attach parcels to your account for free.
2. •My land — see assessment, taxes, soil, flood, climate, and ownership records for every claimed parcel, plus a land score and earning potential.
3. •Earn — list land for hunting access, crop, or grazing leases; track inquiries and payouts.
4. •Host — post guided hunts and experiences on the marketplace, approve or decline requests, and get paid through Stripe.
5. •Savings — run a grant search to get matched with federal and state conservation and cost-share programs, plus a Section 180 soil-fertility tax deduction check.
