Trip day: your booking page and the host thread
Everything you need the morning of your hunt lives on the booking page and in your messages with the host.
There's no separate check-in screen — trip-day details live on your booking page, and arrival specifics come from the host directly. Confirmed bookings show "The host will reach out with arrival details" under What happens next.
- Open My bookings and tap your trip under Upcoming to open the booking page.
- Confirm the dates, guest count, and total on the booking card so there are no surprises at the gate.
- Open the Message the host thread and confirm the meeting point or entrance, any gate code, parking, and whether the host wants a call or text on arrival.
- Tap View listing to re-read the property's rules and Things to know before you arrive.
- Check the receipt section if a balance charge was due — it shows the payment schedule and every charge.
Cell service is unreliable on many properties. Screenshot your booking page and the host's messages before you leave so the details work without signal.
