Listing types: hunts, guided trips, day access, and leases

The marketplace has four listing types — Hunt, Guided trip, Day access, and Lease. The tabs across the top of the marketplace cover three of them: All, Hunts, Guided trips, and Leases. Click one to filter results to that type. Day access listings don't have their own tab — when any are listed, they surface inside search results and browse rails.

1. •Hunt — a bookable hunt on private land. Guidance varies by listing: the Filters dialog's Guided experience control narrows to Self-guided, Semi-guided, or Fully guided.
2. •Guided trip — the outfitter and their guides run the hunt. The most full-service option; may bundle meals, lodging, or dogs.
3. •Day access — pay-per-day access to a property. You come and go on your own — good for a quick hunt or scouting.
4. •Lease — season-long access for one annual price. You don't book dates; you inquire, agree on terms with the landowner, and pay securely through Birddog.

Hunts, guided trips, and day access are per-trip bookings: pick dates, request, and pay through BirdDog. A lease is an annual agreement — see How land leasing works.
