View and inquire about land leases

Filter the marketplace to leases, read a lease detail page, and send an inquiry to the landowner.

Leases live on the marketplace alongside hunts, but the detail page ends differently: instead of booking dates, you send an inquiry, agree on terms with the landowner, and pay securely through Birddog.

  1. Open birddogit.com/marketplace?type=lease, or click the Leases tab on the marketplace.
  2. Narrow by place with the search bar and by acreage with the Price pill (for leases, its Minimum and Maximum filter acres).
  3. Click a lease card to open its detail page.
  4. Review the page: the Land Lease header with acreage and price per season, About this lease, Game on this land, Where you'll hunt, and Things to know.
  5. Click Inquire about this leaseInquire on mobile — to open the inquiry form on teddy.birddogit.com.
  6. Fill in your name, email, and a message to the landowner, then click Send inquiry. The conversation lands in your BirdDog inbox.

No account? The form creates a free one from your name and email when you send. If your email already has an account, you'll get a sign-in link first — open it and send from there.

A lease is an annual agreement — exclusive access for the season, not a guided trip. You'll agree on the terms with the landowner, then pay securely through Birddog.
