The Earn dashboard: your leasing hub

One place for earning estimates, listings, inquiries, and payouts across every property you own.

Earn from your land is the home base for everything lease-related: "See what each property could earn, then manage listings, requests, and payouts in one place." It's organized into four tabs: Overview, Listings, Inquiries, and Payouts.

Step 1 — Open the Earn page

  1. Sign in and choose the Earn From My Land card on your home page (or open Earn directly).
  2. Note the four tabs across the top — Overview is selected by default, and Listings and Inquiries show count badges when there's anything in them.

The four tabs

  1. Overview — the money picture: a stats band (Potential income, Live listings, Open inquiries, Earned this year) plus one earning-potential card per property under "What your land could earn," each with a Start a listing (or View listing) button.
  2. Listings — every lease you've published, each badged Live, with Edit and Delete actions.
  3. Inquiries — interest from lessees on your listings, each with a View conversation → link.
  4. Payouts — the Earnings list: every installment with a Paid, Due, or Scheduled status and its amount.

You need at least one claimed property before estimates appear — until then the Overview tab shows "No land to price yet" (claim first) or "We're still pricing your land" (claimed, but county rent data hasn't landed; you can list it yourself right away).
