Manage lease inquiries

When a lessee is interested in one of your leases, they send an inquiry. Inquiries land on the Inquiries tab of Earn. An inquiry is a conversation, not a booking request — there's no approve or decline button, and inquiries carry no status.

Step 1 — Open the Inquiries tab

1. 1Sign in and open Earn, then tap the Inquiries tab (a count badge shows how many you have).
2. 2Scan the cards — each shows the lessee's name, the listing and parcel, their requested dates, party size, total, and their opening message.

Step 2 — Open and reply to a conversation

1. 1Click View conversation → on an inquiry card — the full message thread opens.
2. 2Read the back-and-forth with the lessee.
3. 3Type your reply in the message box and send it — the conversation continues in the same thread.
4. 4Work out the terms together in the thread; the lease's payment schedule is what you set on the listing.
