Track your earnings
The Earnings page — a monthly earnings hero with a 12-month chart, expected payouts on upcoming trips, and your paid charge history.
The Earnings page is your financial dashboard — what you've made, what's coming, and what's been paid. Open it from the host nav's Menu → Earnings.
Before payouts are connected
Until Stripe Connect is set up, the page leads with Add a payout method — "In order to get paid, you'll need to let us know where to send your money" — and a Set up payouts button that opens the Stripe setup dialog.
The earnings hero and chart
- Read the hero — "You've made $X this month" — for the selected month's total.
- Click any month label or bar in the 12-month chart to switch months — the hero updates to "You've made $X in {Month}."
Upcoming
The Upcoming section lists your confirmed trips with the payout you're expected to receive on each (guest · listing, dates, amount). Click a row to open that booking. Empty state: "No upcoming trips at the moment."
Paid
- Scroll to the Paid section — the intro reminds you: "Deposits land when you approve a request. Balances charge 30 days before the trip."
- Review the charge history — each row shows the guest and listing, the charge date and description, and your share as a green "+$X" (the guest's payment minus the BirdDog service fee).
- Click a row to open the booking behind the charge.
- Click Your payout account in the section intro to open your Stripe dashboard in a new tab — bank details, tax forms, and payout schedule live there.
Empty state: "Nothing paid out yet." The page shows charges and expected payouts; the bank-account side of payouts lives in your Stripe dashboard.
