Manage your grant searches
The Your grant searches page lists every search — filter, sort, search by property name, continue drafts, and reopen saved results.
Every grant search you start is saved on Your grant searches — open it from Land Savings via View saved results on the Grants & Cost-Shares card. Run separate searches for different properties or goals; each search's answers stay tied to the parcel you picked for it.
Step 1 — Read the list
- Open Your grant searches — each card shows a Complete or In progress badge, the property name, and your goals.
- Check a completed card for its program count, strongest-match count, and completion date.
- Spot your latest completed search by the Most recent marker.
Step 2 — Filter, sort, and search
- Filter with the tabs: All searches, Complete, or In progress.
- Sort with the dropdown: Most recent or Most programs — handy for seeing which property turned up the most options.
- Type in the "Search properties or locations" box to find a specific parcel's search.
Step 3 — Continue or reopen
- Click Continue on an in-progress search — it resumes exactly where you left off, property and answers intact.
- Click View results on a completed search — the ranked program list reopens as saved.
- Click Start new search (or the "Search another property or goal" card) when your land or goals have changed.
Reopening a completed search shows the results as they were generated — it doesn't re-run the match against the latest program data. Start a new search if you want a fresh match.
